how to achieve economic security and build wealth through real estate. A native of San Francisco, Dale
was raised in Oakland and made Solano County his home in 2001. His insider knowledge of the area is a
boon to clients, and he specializes in finding homes that support their lives, families, and financial goals.
Dale got hooked on real estate after he and his wife purchased a fixer-upper, rehabbed it themselves, and
sold it for a substantial profit. After he had a few flips under his belt, he began wholesaling properties
as an investor. He then started working as a contract manager, where he learned to translate real estate
complexities into simple language.

As a real estate agent, Dale’s expertise comes from having been both inside and outside the business,
giving him a unique vantage point and allowing him to serve his clients at the highest level. Before entering
real estate, he spent 10 years working with HIV/AIDS patients, developing humility and the ability to
listen to people’s deeper yearnings. He is always available and present for whatever his clients need.
Dale is passionate about giving back. He mentors troubled young men with the goal of exposing them
to new ways of thinking and sharing his perspective. He also enjoys playing and coaching basketball,
and is known by his beloved community.
