Halfway between Sacramento and Stockton, Brenda Chua has lived most of her life in the small city of Galt. Her lifetime familiarity with residential real estate in the region enables her to serve both Sacramento and San Joaquin counties.
Years before becoming a real estate professional, Brenda managed several dental offices. She values the experience of serving and advising patients on their best course of care. Not surprisingly, she finds real estate a much easier sell. “Approaching people to invest in what they need but don’t enjoy is quite a challenge in comparison to what they want and enjoy,” she says.
Brenda traces her passion for real estate back to 2008 when she bought her first home. The housing market was dropping, but that didn’t make it any easier. She remembers weathering a blizzard of paperwork, but also the sense of accomplishment for her family that came with owning their first home. She gets the same feeling every time she’s able to help clients realize their dreams.
Throughout her career, Brenda has represented investors, first-time and cash buyers, and FHA borrowers. After years of experience helping first-time homebuyers and move-up sellers, Brenda enjoys the business that comes to her from client referrals. She credits her success to honest, open, and responsive communication, including being bilingual in Spanish and English — all part of providing her clients with the highest possible level of service.
Brenda has transitioned to becoming an entrepreneur and is currently working towards expanding her business portfolio. Recently, she and her husband have purchased an investment property in another state and have opened up an auto repair business. Many people who have spoken with Brenda have remarked that she is unpredictable and may surprise you with what she says. However, most people find her always pleasantly surprising.
