Featured San Jose Agent

Andrew Castelo

For Andrew Castelo, real estate is about relationships first, business second. It’s about under-promising and over-delivering. And also about using his passion for living life to the fullest as fuel to help others achieve their own rich, rewarding lives. Although real estate wasn’t Andrew’s first profession, it now seems it may have always been his calling card.

As a previous district manager for Cutco Cutlery, he achieved an astounding $4 million in sales while learning the art of time management, customer service, teamwork, communication, goal setting, problem-solving, and proactiveness. Add some later training at a Bay Area brokerage, and Andrew had laid the kind of foundation on top of which real estate agents thrive.

After becoming an agent in 2015, Andrew moved to Sacramento and has since been enjoying everything the city has to offer. He welcomes all clients, but he frequently assists young professionals who are looking to upgrade. He believes in challenging himself, with the chief aim of continually becoming a better, more efficient agent. Through it all, Andrew believes it’s most important to convey integrity, commitment, and honesty to his clients—as well as to inject a dose of fun into the process.

When Andrew isn’t helping families with real estate, he’s often busy traveling the world with his wife, crediting the many different cultures he’s experienced for helping him relate well to people from all walks of life. He enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, music, the Sacramento food scene, creating industry-related YouTube videos, and—most of all—his family, which includes his two children.

My wife and I moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area in order to buy our first house. Andrew was recommended by a mutual friend and it was the best decision we made. He explained every step of the process and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He helped negotiate some credits for some minor fixes and the house appraised for $10k more than we paid!
