Meet John Paul Ibarra

John Paul Ibarra discovered his passion for helping people through his experiences in sales and customer service. His success in car sales was when he realized he felt the most fulfillment when helping, and guiding, people in reaching their personal milestone purchases. After purchasing his first home, he realized that was the biggest milestone for himself by far. This then sparked his interest in real estate. As a husband, father, and homeowner, he understands the dynamics and process of the largest purchase in a person’s life.

Through John Paul’s profession as a mechanical engineer, and experience in sales, he learned that having integrity, authenticity, commitment, and communication builds trust with clients—which is a key foundation in achieving a goal together as a team. Determined to going above and beyond for his clients, his mission is to bridge the gap for those who desire homeownership, or an investment, through proper guidance and education.
