Get to Know Me

Born and raised in Oakland CA Terrell Lowery excelled in sports and education earning a scholarship to Loyola Marymount University. During his time at the LMU he achieved all conference basketball and baseball in the West Coast Conference. Graduating with a BA in Communications in 1992.

Terrell was drafted by the Texas Rangers in 2nd round of the 1991 MLB draft. He enjoyed a career in the Major Leagues from 1997-2000.  Retiring in 2001 decided to embark on his mission to become a successful Entrepreneur.  

Upon transitioning to the business world Terrell obtained his California Real Estate License to pursue his interest in multiple facets of the business including client representation, investing in multi units and flipping residential homes. Through his own investing and representing others Terrell has been involved in hundreds of transactions over the past 25 years.

 Terrell was instrumental in starting a California Licensed Non-Profit Foster Family Agency whose primary goal is to provide treatment foster care services for underserved youth of all ages. More than 1000 youth have been served over the past 20 years and Mr. Lowery currently still involved in the organization at the present time.
