In the summer of 2007, Roy Machado a 30-year-old local community organizer and entrepreneur became a real estate agent during the free fall in one of the worst financial collapses in United States history. Roy would tell you the reason is that this was the time people truly needed a real estate agent and that the low-level, less experienced agents were leaving the industry.

 

Roy Machado is the Founder and Owner of All City Homes, a boutique real estate brokerage with a mission of empowering people through home ownership. For over a decade Roy has been a top producing agent, selling over $100 million in real estate throughout northern California. While some may define success through accolades, sales volume, and commissions, Roy is concerned about delivering an exceptional home buying and selling experience.
